Team Program Interest & Eligibility

Q: Who is eligible for the 2026–2027 team programs?

Athletes must be 7 years old by August 1, 2026 to participate in the competitive team programs.

If your athlete meets the age requirement and is interested in joining a team program, please complete the appropriate Team Program Interest Form(s).

Q: Why do I need to complete an interest form?

The interest forms allow us to:

• Gauge interest from potential new team members and gather commitments from returning athletes
• Begin planning team roster sizes
• Add your athlete to our evaluation and communication list
• Organize interest by specific program
